Senior Project Manager — Data Centers.

You will run a hyperscale or colocation programme as Fractera's senior on-site lead, accountable to the client from Notice to Proceed through to Ready-for-Service. This is a hands-on owner's-representative role, not a reporting function.

Wofür Sie verantwortlich sind

• Hold the integrated cost, design and schedule baseline for the programme.
• Lead design coordination, procurement and construction monitoring on site.
• Run governance and reporting directly with the client and stakeholders.
• Drive commissioning readiness through to handover and RFS.

Was wir suchen

• 8+ years delivering mission-critical or large industrial projects.
• Fluent in HOAI and/or RIBA delivery; German a strong plus.
• Comfortable owning commercial and technical decisions.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Frankfurt region.
