Document Controller, Data Center Delivery.

The Document Controller owns the project information record on behalf of the owner. You will ensure that every party is working from the current revision, submissions and approvals are tracked to contractual timescales, and the owner finishes the project with a complete and auditable record. Fractera GmbH is an owner-side Project Management Consultancy focused on data center and critical infrastructure delivery across EMEA.

Wofür Sie verantwortlich sind

• Administer the electronic document management system and project common data environment.
• Establish and enforce document numbering, revision control, metadata and filing conventions.
• Manage incoming and outgoing documentation, including transmittals and distribution matrices.
• Track submittals, RFIs, technical queries and approvals against contractual response periods.
• Maintain registers for drawings, specifications, correspondence, contracts and minutes.
• Audit the document record for completeness, accuracy and compliance.
• Support compilation and quality checking of handover and as-built documentation.
• Report on submission status, review turnaround and outstanding actions.
• Train project and contractor personnel in document control procedures.

Was wir suchen

• Minimum four years in document control on construction or engineering projects.
• Proficiency with an EDMS such as Aconex, Asite, Procore or SharePoint.
• Rigorous attention to detail and a disciplined process-driven approach.
• Fluent German and English.
• Data center or major project experience is desirable.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 information management principles is desirable.
• Experience compiling handover documentation sets is desirable.
• Independent judgement, technical credibility and clear written communication.
• Structured record keeping, personal accountability and professional conduct.
